### Why is it a from and not a price?

Because the same job is not the same work on two machines. On this badge there are two large variables before the part is even named: whether the appliance is captured by cabinetry, and which side of 2016 it was built. Either can change the hour, and the second can change the part number entirely. The exact cost is confirmed on site, in writing, before anything is opened.

### Is the diagnostic on top of this?

The diagnostic is from $95 and it is credited toward the repair when you go ahead. Where the answer is that the machine is not worth fixing — or that a part for a discontinued platform is genuinely no longer made — you have paid for the answer and not for a part.
